The 2008 Training Awards
At the Skills Centre, we believe it is essential to recognise the companies, organisations and individuals across Australia who are also dedicated to enhancing and progressing training programs and other skilling initiatives. The work being undertaken in this area will help ensure the long term sustainability of the workforce for our industry.
The Australian resources industry, in many ways, is already at the forefront of innovation in training and skills development. At the Mining Industry Skills Centre, we believe in working closely with both industry and government to ensure that we continue to innovate, develop and deliver.
The 2008 Mining Industry Skills Centre Training Awards will recognise and reward
the exceptional achievements of individuals, companies, trainees and trainers
who have made an outstanding contribution to training and skill development.
